Dynamic Packaging for the Travel Industry

The promise of the future of travel

Dynamic Packaging is a growing buzz-term, and many of our existing and prospective clients are asking about it and many have already invested quite heavily in developing this online capability for their businesses.

The dream is that, if more customers create and purchase their holiday packages online, then this will represent a huge cost savings for travel operators. Fewer call centre staff. Fewer brochures. Less time per sale. Higher profits per sale.

That is why dynamic packaging is such a powerful dream.

But does it work for everyone?

We at LeadGenerators have been working with Dynamic Packaging systems, such as Travelink, TopDog, Travel Options and Atolis, and integrating them into online marketing strategies for our clients in the travel industry for several years.

We believe that although the dream is worth pursuing for the long term gain, it has to be balanced with the reality of the way customers purchase holidays today. More and more customers will go dynamic when purchasing travel products in the years to come, but there is still a huge market for those who won't. And we can't ignore such large numbers.

For this reason we have specialised in developing programs and some very interesting web based products and applications for our travel agent and tour operator clients that help them deal with the reality of today, while incorporating the possibilities of the future.
