The Power of Links
We’re just about to send out our Monthly Reports once again and, seeing as it is the start of a brand new year, we decided it was a perfect opportunity to blow our own trumpet and show that not only do we preach, but we practice as well! We love what we do and we are proud to have worked with some very impressive names both in the travel industry and in other sectors. Sorry about the shameless self-congratulatory back pat, but we just had to boast some of our impressive SEO ranking results.

Often we’re asked the best way of achieving these results and we’ve spoken before about the value of getting good quality, inbound links for your website and how they can affect your rankings. This month though, I’d like to talk a little about how a well-rounded and concentrated Viral Links campaign will ensure that those lovely, valuable links have a long-lasting effect on your rankings.

Viral Links Articles work

Here at LeadGenerators it is a gratifying process to send out our Monthly Reports because, as we track our clients’ rankings throughout each month, the fruits of our labours are clearly measurable. As SEO experts, link articles are one of our most effective link building tools to generate inbound links for our clients. But we’re not just interested in getting into Google’s top search results pages – we’re interested in staying there for extended periods of time, and so should you be!

A Viral Links campaign should not just be focused on achieving as many links as possible; the links must be relevant in order for Google to recognise them as a recommendation to your site. So, the right content for your articles is extremely important to the types of links you generate. If your viral articles are not only interesting but also reinforce your expertise in your field, they will not just spread well, but spread to the right places.

Here at LeadGenerators, our SEO strategies are focused on the long-term sustainable future rather than a quick fix, “promise you the world” short term solution. Writing interesting, informative and controversial expert articles is the key to them spreading faster and farther across the net. But we also know that in order to keep on top of the SEO game, we not only have to play the article writing game well, we must also play it consistently.

Writing a link article every now and again and sending it out into the world may well get some pretty good results for you, and that can’t be a bad thing. However, in order to achieve longevity in those results you need to keep up the pressure – and that means writing and submitting articles on a regular basis. Whilst content is crucial, so too is the right exposure and at LeadGenerators we are always open to new and updated methods of SEO and new opportunities in viral linking and Social Media.
