Not to state the obvious, but Microsoft’s Bing is a search engine. So in that case, wouldn’t you assume that workers of Microsoft would have some knowledge of internet marketing training, maybe even an inkling of how SEO works? Well one would certainly assume. Why is it then that Ciao is continually not shown in the search engine rankings? Workers of the Microsoft shopping site are convinced that their poor rankings on Google are not the result of their poor SEO but rather direct interference from the Search engine giant.

I recently attended a few internet marketing seminars and discovered the importance of making my blog key phrase rich. However, I run an amateur photography blog and so my blog contains a number of photographs. My question is should I be using these images for optimization purposes and if so, how?

Working in an Online Marketing agency, it is constantly drummed into me how a one size fits all approach doesn’t work when you’re looking for online marketing solutions. Each client has to be analysed thoroughly before we can even begin to put in place the most basic strategy.
At LeadGenerators we use Twitter to provide online marketing solutions for a number of our clients. We tweet, we display pictures and we point our followers towards websites and other online content that may be of interest of them. However, I can safely say that we’ve never used Twitter to hypnotise our followers, although this would certainly be an extremely successful way to build up interest in a particular holiday destination or product!
