Holiday Builder Admin

The booking engine has its own online admin interface. This controls all hotels, rooms, flights and car hire. Each contract and allocation has to be added manually but there are number of functions to make this easier. Pricing is added in date bands and availability is added in an easy to use on/off chart.

Hotel Admin

1. Set up each hotel with name and description

2. Set up each room (board and unit combination)

   Per room add:

   • Min/max adult/child occupancy

   • Upgrades are available

3. Add prices per room

   • 7, 10 and 14 day bands

   • Extra night supplement

   • Upgrade prices

4. Set availability per room

   
   Flight Admin

5. Set up each flight

   • Set departure airport

   • Set time and dat

6. Add flight-only prices

   Per date per airport

   • Adult standard

   • Child standard

   • Adult long trip

   • Child long trip

7. Set availability per flight

8. Weekend supplements hard coded

9. Infant supplement hard coded
