Step-by-Step Packaging

The Holiday Builder is based on the fact that the customer can pick the flights and hotels they want. The holiday options they have chosen so far can be shown in a breakdown panel on every stage.

Allocation Flexibility

The booking engine will handle most of the particular specifications of hotels, flights and car hire allocations.

Availability

Each hotel room type, flight and car hire groups will also have an availability functions so that bookings can be turned on and off for any date(s).

Pricing

Prices for package hotels, flights & car hire will be added according to flexible date bands.
Insurance prices will be hard coded in. Pricing is based on 7, 10 and 14 night holidays plus single night supplements.

Child Prices

Child prices can be edited seamlessly via the admin interface using either separate pricing tables or pricing based on a percentage of adult fares.

Admin Interface

The booking engine will be administered via an online admin site. This will be separate from the existing site and office systems. The admin interface will be able to set up each hotel (with its board and unit combinations), flights and car hire groups. Finally, availability will be regularly updated.

Easy integration with Online Payments

Payments will be taken online using LG Pay Vault and customers will be sent a customised email confirming their booking. Cyprus Paradise will get email notifications of all sales and will be able to log in to download the credit card details for processing via offline PDQ.

Customised Upgrades

The hotels will have a variety of supplement options and specifications. These would include, but are not limited to, sea views, extra nights, breakfast upgrades, max/min adults/children and whether to allow children. The flights will have separate pricing for long & short flight-only trips.

Flexible design

The Holiday Builder has been built as an online web interface to enable our clients to integrate their unique graphic look and feel. Each stage of the booking engine is designed to fit in with the client’s branding.

Easy to use

Finally but not last the Holiday Builder has been design to be easy to use by the general public so that the conversion rates from traffic to sale is as high as possible. After all LeadGenerators started as a marketing company!
